"Rm 7 at Alexander landing is great. It was clean with everything you need. It has great outdoor space and a hot tub. October is perfect because we had the pace to ourselves. The only negative was the manager/ cleaning lady. Hot tub was supposed to be open but she rudely told us it wouldn’t be open for another half hour. We were preapproved for a late check out and she rudely told us we couldn’t have a late checkout. Just needs some training on how to kindly apologize when things are not as they are supposed to be. But the place it great!"

"Cabin was very clean, perfect for us. Pool, hot tub and deck were all great. Property management is very helpful. We will definitely be back. The parking is very limited but we had no problem either day we were there."

"Communication with the homeowner was excellent! She really cares about the experience the renter is having rather than just the income generated from the rental. She set the stage for a really enjoyable time with a basket of goodies and cucumber flavored and other water in the fridge made available. She really helped us have a very nice time."

"Not what we expected. Condition below what we are used to. Based on the listing expected all lights ceiling fans, tv’s internet the additional rental space with the house set up should just be included and adjust the price to compensate. No toaster, a 20 dollar item. Other issues not worth going into since we will not use this rental company again. We come to the area 1 time a year for a family gathering. Still looking for that forever place to book. We travel often and love when we find that one that accommodates all. "
