We stayed the first weekend in November so the entire Island was quiet. Off street parking was a plus. Friendly staff. Coffee 24hrs in dining room. Convenient location for dining, shopping, ferry and other sights. Lemon Press for breakfast was excellent and located a shirt walk away.

Staff is lovely, rooms are clean and comfortable but bathroom TINY. You can hear any conversation in adjoining rooms. Thermostat on the wall lit up the whole room at night and

Perfectly located to everything you need. Watching the ferry come and go was a pleasure. The only knock to everything was that we waited all day to check in and it was not cleaned from the last guest and the owner would not respond to any of my messages to let me know what was going on.
