"We had a fabulous stay in Chatham! I was with 9 other women on a girls’ getaway. The location was perfect! We walked to town, several times and had drinks at Chatham Bars Inn, which was also within walking distance to the house. We spent an entire afternoon in bathing suits at lighthouse beach. The weather was perfect for sunbathing in late September! We made a big dinner our last night. Thank you, Paul, for quickly responding to my message about the grill. Much appreciated! Everyone was very pleased how it all worked out. We loved the spaciousness of the house. There was plenty of room for all of us and the backyard was perfect for corn hole! Thank you for everything! "We had a great time with our family of adult children at this property. The home was very clean, well laid out and all was as described in the listing for the property. It had everything you would need to enjoy a vacation from the Kitchen, to the pool and hot tub to beach chairs and Umbrellas. The only thing I would point out is that while it is technically walkable to the beach, it is around a 20 minute walk and obviously you would not be doing that with a full load of beach items. But a quick few minutes drive to the Beach in a car was fine. Overall a very plesant stay."
