Parador De Monforte De Lemos
Excellent parador in 400 year old monastery high above town. Plenty of parking, staff friendly and helpful, room large and well equipped. Restaurant was superb, great service and very high quality food. Not much to see in Monforte, but a drive through the Sil valley is stunning.

The highlight of our 2 day stay was Joseph. He was a five star employee, really positive, helpful and a great ambassador for the hotel. Our 'premier' room was spacious, clean and modern. Everything we needed. We don't like leaving negative reviews but his hotel just lacked any sort of guest interaction ...
