However, we wouldn’t stay again as we experienced serious issues with cleanliness and felt the staff could have done a lot better to put things right and make us feel welcome. Their communication also needs to improve (for example, we booked some activities and there were far from forthcoming with the details). The hotel assured us it was family friendly but the restaurant doesn’t open until 9pm in the evenings and...
