Very quaint and clean. Food at the restaurant was amazing!!! Just a bit pricy for a motel room in the off season. I would stay here again though.

The location is in a beautiful spot and close to some amazing sites. Although they did charge us twice for only 1 nights stay, I am sure a phone call will fix the situation.

We loved the restaurant , the hummingbirds, the employees were so very friendly and accommodating. The only thing we did not like was the moldy musty smell in the room and on the towels.

It was an updated motel and we were comfortable. The restaurant makes homemade bread and We were glad to be able to get breakfast and a link arrival grilled cheese sandwich. There are cabins on the property and pool, which overlook the river however we were in the motel spaces that faced the road. Road was quiet through the night.

Staff was friendly and eager to please. Room was clean and comfortable. Dislikes: Bathroom shower had very low water pressure. WiFi was slow.

This motel is right on the water. The cottage we stayed at had a full kitchen and a deck facing the water. It was quiet and we were able to build a fire in the fire pit. It is certainly dated. But it did the job and was roomy. The owners were nice.

Exactly what I expected from a budget motel. People comment that it is in need of some TLC. Well yes it does, but I have never stayed in a budget motel that didn't. The staff are super friendly and the beds were comfortable.

This place needs a renovation. The cottage was very dated. The cottage was musty. Although this may be hard to avoid next to the bay of Fundy. The towels were brown, this turned us off. The lobster dinner was excellent and the ice cream too

This roadside motel is conveniently located within driving distance to Hopewell Rocks. While the decor is dated, it is clean. We were surprised to find there was no air conditioning, and while there was a ceiling fan, it was quite noisy. There is a little restaurant that we had lunch and dinner at which was convenient. Overall the cost for a room without air conditioning was quite high.

Keep searching, it will be worth it

The only good thing about this place is the location if you plan to visit Hopewell Rocks. The room smelled mold a lot, bed sheets were stained, there was no a/c and the curtains weren't good enough to cover the parking spotlights that stay on all night. I don't even understand why Hotels.com shows room this poor quality, better look for a room in Moncton.

The motel needs a big update. It feels like it's stuck in the 80s and 90s. Spider webs all around the outside of the property. The inside of my room was smelly. The only brightside was the friendliness of the staff.

The view was great and the grounds were very well kept. The room was fairly clean but could have stood a bit more. There was no Kleenex in the room and coffee but no tea. I’ve paid $115.00 $25.00 for our dog and there were signs all along the road advertising the motel at $95.00. Disappointing.

In our room we killed flies. Grasshoppers. 6 spiders 🕷 . Bees 🐝. I wouldn't recommend tis place to anybody. The wifi sucked. It's not high speed. Tv sucked 😒. The restaurant on the others hand was ok . The food was great and the service.

The positive the bed was comfortable; the view was nice. The bad, dated old, the shower would not function, I called to complain the owner was rude and said they had a part on order, so he knew the shower didn't work but still rented it out, would not refund anything:(

The location is excellent and the staff are great. The property has insufficient WIFI - we were told our room was too far away to expect consistent WIFI - yet we were in the main building. Also they list laundry facilities yet we were told that was only if their staff wasn’t using it and only between 7:30-9:30 am. If they cannot provide these services they should not list them.

Great stay but needs lots of TLC

The service is amazing here, the staff are so friendly! The food in the restaurant is also very tasty and hot! The fresh baked goods are fantastic, especially the biscuits! This motel is close to Hopewell Rocks Park and lots of lovely little shops in Edgetts Landing and Hillsborough! But our room smelled like cat pee which was very disappointing and gross. The bed was way too firm, and the sofa is outdated and getting kinda sad looking (worn), you sink into it when you sat on it. The whole place needs an update as things are starting to look a little disheveled outside and inside.

Way over priced for the facilities. No air conditioning. Fan on the ceiling almost fell out when we put it on faster. Room was extremely hot. No breeze from the only window. Restaurant was supposed to be open till 9pm. We returned from our excursion at 8:15 and it was closed. Nothing close by and the office doesn’t have any food supplies other than chips. So no dinner that night. (Plan ahead). Breakfast was good the next morning. Staff were friendly. Rooms were extremely basic. TV sitting on top of the fridge with the cable box underneath. Very janky.
