「Great location. Easy walk to King Street. Nice, large parking lot. Driveway tight but doable for SUVs. 」

「More signage needed to find this unit since it’s tucked behind Southbound restaurant. When you enter the driveway, veer left at the “Y” and preferably have a very small car as it is a tight squeeze, very challenging to park. The unit is a basement & could have used a dehumidifier or two. Kitchen was well/stocked with modern appliances. Really needs space in the bathrooms to set your cosmetic bag, curling irons, etc. I’ll attach a pic of the pedestal sink showing the 」

「Absolutely loved this place! Was beautiful just like in the pictures. Super clean and the bed was so comfortable! Love how it has the washer and dryer, super helpful with a toddler. Both rooms had floor fans in them (huge plus). They even had noise machines if needed! Everything had been thought of and provided (extra trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc). The Duvet body wash/soap smells so good!! The location of the property is perfect. Several places nearby to eat, get coffee and not...

「Clean 2 bedroom rental for a quick girls' weekend. There is a corner market, coffee shop, bagel shop, and rooftop bar all within walking distance. Quick Uber to downtown. Felt safe walking around.」

「Kitchen fully equipped. Tight alley to get to parking but it was fine. Slight musty smell to the property but not an issue. Lovely layout. Loved the front porch for coffee in the AM, cocktails in the PM. Good, safe location. Roomy front room and kitchen. Comfortable beds and nice showers. We will rent here again when back in Charleston!」
