Located 250 meters from the 24 Hours circuit and the Arnage bend, 5 km from the Bugatti, and 2.5 km from all shops in Moncé-en-Belin, in a quiet, green setting, this comfortable, detached cottage sleeps 6.

Fully equipped kitchen, TV lounge, fiber optic Wi-Fi, dining area, washing machine, freezer, refrigerator. Filter coffee maker plus a Senseo coffee maker, induction hob. Hair dryer.

One bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and a walk-in closet, one bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, two attic bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet... Two single beds (70 cm) and two single beds (80 x 200 cm) that can be joined together.
