「Amazing family friendly hotel and extremely friendly staff. 」

「Amazing Hotel with great and direct access to the beach. The staff was great especially the director of the reception who was accommodating and went beyond. The dining options are amazing and huge variety of excellent food. Thank you Mehdi and Hilton Monastir」

「ホテル内は入り組んでおり、案内ボード表示も明確でないこともあって自分の部屋を探すのに苦労しました。 またベッドカバーがかかっていたため気が付きませんでしたが、ベッドメイキングが完全に出来ておらず（ベッドカバーの下はシーツのみ）、就寝前に其のことに気づき驚きましたがクレームを伝える元気がでないほど　　がっかりしました。翌朝グループの他の部屋が殆ど同様であったことを知りましたが、誰もがクレームを伝える気持ちすら起きないほどがっかりしていました。私たちが使用したどの部屋の水道水からも鉄さびが出てきたため、外で水を調達して来ました。明らかに長期間使用されていないことが明白な部屋でした。」

「Très bon hôtel ! Le personnel super gentil et à l'écoute de toute demande. Dommage qu'au niveau du petit déjeuné il n'y avait plus de choix très minime. La plage privée de l'hôtel correct le sable très fins. On se restaure très bien au niveau du restaurant l'extérieur, les chefs très sympathique. Nous avons du partir 1 jour avant suite à un changement de vol de dernière minute mais l'essentiel est qu'on a pu se ressourcer . bravo et merci 」

「Second visit here and have already booked for next year, grounds , beach, food & staff 4 star , fantastic family resort. Rooms a little on the small side, daily room cleaning a bit hit and miss , all inclusive drinks ok ,cocktails very sweet and made with syrups not fresh ingredients , paid for cocktails were better this year than previous visit. Hired beach Cabana for our whole stay which was fabulous , the beach is beautiful and better than many four star resorts we have stayed at! Water...

「I enjoyed my stay at Palmyra Holidays Resort and Spa. My kids loved the swimming pool and the food at the hotel. What I liked most was the swimming pool filled with sea water. It was fantastic and the view overlooking the beach was amazing! A big Thank you to the receptionists Nora and Hadda, they were extremely helpful! I enjoyed every moment there and I will be back soon!」
