it was a good place to stay.
I left something behind and they held it for me to come and retrieve.
the only problem was,
as of August 2026,
the laundry facility isnt working.
so I couldn't wash my close.

Staff are friendly and responsive to guests requests. The included breakfast at Bramble is excellent. A daily personal note with snacks delivered by staff was a nice touch during our entire stay. Room is big with king size bed. Housekeeping cleans room daily. The air conditioning is excellent. Hotel at Poblacion location is perfect and easy walk to Bangkerohan, People's Park, Gaisano Mall, Museum, San Pedro Church, City Hall, Quezon Park, Rizal Park, etc. Provides umbrella for guests use. One issue with hotel, shower doesn't drain well.
