"We were very impressed with the staff and the condition of the hotel. If we ever go back to Madrid we would definitely stay there. I love that they have a shuttle to and from the airport. The food in the bar was fabulous and breakfast was very pleasing."

"Reserved here for a quick trip to the Madrid airport for an early flight. The front desk staff was helpful and there were amenities in the lobby. But the room reeked of smoke and strong cleaning agents. There was loud crowds outside all night from the bars below. Rough, exhausting night. Do not recommend."

"If you just want to stay a night in transit near airport in an extremely basic, below average place, then it’s okay. For being an apartment, there’s zero amenities, just a soap to wash your hands and towels. Very small place. Not a place to stay if you’re on vacation."

"Worst check in experience. Angry reception lady got upset at me as the room wasn’t ready when she said it was. She aggressively told me to come back after 2 which I was ok with, then got very defensive and rude when it wasn’t ready at 2:30pm. I think she was embarrassed, which isn’t a good look for someone representing you hotel. Terrible attitude, she wanted an argument and I couldn’t be bothered. Bad introduction. There was a conference with a load of people smoking out front. Could t walk in the hotel without walking through the smoke. The bed room smelt of cigarettes. Very poor. From the linen to the bed. A real shame. Worst Accor experience I’ve had."
