「Worst hotel experience in my life. When I walked in the lobby there were two cats loudly meowing behind the counter. There were two other families in front of me waiting for their rooms. A fourth family showed up after me. The lady working there took the cats outside and never returned. The only other person working was on a phone call for over 30 minutes trying to figure out if there were any clean rooms left before he finally gave a room to the family who showed up AFTER me - the same double...

「Somehow, this had good ratings/reviews, don’t believe them. The photos are OBVIOUSLY from when it was new. The condition of the property now is absolutely dreadful. The room was dirty, the mattresses were wore out probably 5 years ago, and VISIBLE STAINS! The hot tub water was “murky” and gross, sadly, the entire property was horrible. Not only would I never stay here again, I highly recommend nobody else stay here either. I wasn’t even comfortable using the toilet in the bathroom that was...

「One night stay for a Mother's Day visit. This hotel is under remodel, so the check in process was a bit makeshift and went slowww - meaning one guy was running everything from a conference table in a hallway at the heaviest check late afternoon around 4pm. He was so professional and helpful and did great but I felt bad for him because it was definitely a lot for one person to run the show with such limited resources. 「フロントの女性はとても感じいいが、棚にフロントに立っているわけではなく、呼ぶ必要があります。人数も少なくタオルの洗濯など業務に忙しそう。2週間宿泊にもかかわらず室内清掃は入らなかった。犬猫同伴可能なため、どこも臭いし、アレルギーのある人は注意が必要。清潔感が感じられれず、セルフサービスの朝食は利用しなかった。ハイパワーの室内ファンと冷蔵庫は、共に音が非常に大きい。室内ファンは、多分22時半から6時半まで自動オフとなるが、眠るために冷蔵庫は自分で切る必要あり。壁が薄いため隣のいびきやテレビの音がよく聞こえる、そのようなホテルです。セブンイレブンは近いが、そこへ降りていく階段がとても不潔。」
