「This hotel does not have an elevator and has two levels. I had luggage and had to schlepp my luggage up and down. The front office male would not assist. Also their front reception lady was confused on how to check out and had to call her husband and asked me to return which I refused as I had to catch a flight. The "resteraunt" is not really a cafe. 「Smoke alarm randomly started beeping at 5am until around 6:15 got not apparent reason. I walked into main office to find nobody there I decided to pick customer phone at counter but got no response... Later at checkout counter assistant claimed that I never responded to his phone answer.... I'm deeply not satisfied.」

「Place looks to be going through an upgrade. The pictures on the site are older. Place is kind of rundown and lots of people look to be living there not just renting. Place is safe and the staff was helpful.」
