The condo is beautiful with a lovely view, and I would definitely consider coming back. However, I experienced some issues with communication. I had paid for early check-in and reached out to confirm my arrival time, but was told that I would receive an answer in the morning. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any message, and when I contacted the host again, I was informed that the website wasn’t working and that I should come at the regular check-in time. When I requested a refund for the early check-in fee, the website suddenly started working a few minutes later.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable, especially on the second floor. I am also still waiting for my security deposit refund, which was paid through their website rather than through Expedia.
Overall, it’s a very nice apartment with a great view, but the communication and management could be significantly improved.
