「This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The place is located in one of the most dangerous parts of Ecuador, surrounded by crime and complete neglect. The hotel itself looks abandoned — the building is falling apart, dirty, and feels more like a forgotten ruin than a place to stay.
The staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. They simply ignored any requests or complaints and treated guests with disrespect. Many travelers, including myself, were forced to leave the hotel...
「Relaxing and lovely grounds in safe and secure setting. Though I travelled alone, I have every intention to return with my family. The staff work hard to give the guests an excellent stay. I appreciated the cleanliness and efficiency. Overall, highly recommend.」
