Our spacious 158m2 duplex villa is located in the heart of the beautiful and vast Landes forest. Your suite includes:

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a fully refundable damage deposit of €800 and a small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival. This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.

Bed linen and towels are included. Extra change: sheets €9/person, towels €9/kit.

Optional end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchenette): €229. If the accommodation is not left clean, a cleaning penalty of €199–249 will apply. Mid-stay cleaning available (see on site).

Beds made on arrival: €85. Beds made on arrival + end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchenette): €299.

Fireplace cleaning if needed: €15.

Our rental is in a premiere vacation destination ideal for cycling with 56km of cycling paths in the area! This is also a great destination for enthusiasts of watersports, canoeing, tennis, golfing, horse-riding, archery, and more. Play a round of golf at Golf de Moliets, a 5-minute drive away. After a day on the golf course, enjoy a tasty meal at La Table du Golfeur, a 3-minute drive away. Soak up the sun on Plage de Moliets, an 8-minute drive away. Rent some bikes at Bicycles Golf and enjoy a relaxing bicycle ride through this lovely region.
