The same day I booked the property I was in contact with Gabriela the property manager and asked if a late check out would be possible. The property manager informed me that this would likely be ok because she did not see anyone booked to arrive after my stay. "This is a SPECIAL property! The view is beautiful and we saw lots of wildlife including a bobcat, deer, and many bird species. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with gadgets, everything is well maintained, the hot tub is awesome. I highly recommend staying here!"

"Had a great time here. The house is set up as a cozy and efficient loft. Although it is small, it doesn’t feel cramped at all. The location is secluded but still close enough to various shopping centers and about an hour from Hollywood, which is great for being able to sightsee without having to stay in the mix. 5/5"
