「The team of kamogelo are so kindness, tried a delicious breakfast and always ready for help ours guests」

「Great room, clean sheets and towels, but it would be great that before guests arrive they should have the fridge on and also provide an iron and enough utensils.」

「Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk was not aware of our reservation. We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent. There were no towels available, and when we asked for assistance, the staff was unable to help, forcing us to find towels ourselves. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor, with cockroaches present, which...

「Tudo super lindo, limpo e organizado! Staff cordial, prestativa.」

「Very good!」

「The pre arrival information was great and the check in quick and easy. Staff were always helpful and courteous. The rooms were fair but we struggled to find plug points to charge phones etc. The bathroom was quite dark and the cold water tap dripped. Meals were served well and were more than adequate. The breakfast buffet was great.」

「Alles wunderbar gesehen! Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich! Das All-Inklusive-Angebot ist super. Am Ende war Preis-Leistung überragend! Kann man mit bestem Wissen & Gewissen weiterempfehlen!」

「The rooms were very nice, clean and big. The only thing that was off was the toilet being separate from the showers and sink. So you would have to use the bathroom then come out into your room and wash your hands where the shower and sink was located. The staff were GREAT. Especially Gontse and Patricia. Always going the extra mile to help and make things convenient. Nice breakfast buffet with a variety to choose from. They even had chicken sausage for those who don’t eat pork. Megan, our guide...
