The room was very clean and nicely decorated and was like an efficiency apartment, so it had everything we needed The resort was peaceful and wasn’t an excellent location

Initial check in was great. Then we found the room had not even been made up. Management acted quickly and found us a new room. Rooms in both suites had a musty odor but freshened up by opening the windows. A few ants greeted us in the bathroom at the sink as well. Overall a good stay.

Clean rooms and great location . However be aware of the added hotel fees and costs when booking.. they add up . This is a Hyatt Club so will give you the timeshare pitch when check in. Check in is 4pm and checkout time is 10am . Overall a nice place to stay.
