This was our family's first VRBO stay, it really fit our need. We had a multi generational group of 6 ranging from ages 16-76. We arrived via Amtrak, so staying here gave us ample space we needed after traveling in such close quarters. Beds and pillows were comfy, used the kitchen minimally, but appeared fully stocked with whatever needs might arise. Laundry on site was extremely helpful so we could be prepared for our second leg of our trip. If you are taller the main bathroom on the 2nd floor runs a little short, but with 3 bathrooms, with showers there are other options. I would bring washcloths or loofahs as my family felt there was not enough provided. It's centrally located which made any venturing out to other parts of California easy. If visiting Turlock again I would search out this property again.
