We attended a wedding at Lavender Farms and decided to rent this property for our group of 6. It was very last minute and the host went out of his way to accommodate our reservation. This was so much better than staying in any of the local hotels. House was clean, tons of seating and there is a large patio with tables and a BBQ(perfect to enjoy in the summer). I would highly recommend this property if you have an event in Turlock.

This property is fantastic! It checked every box for me. Centrally located and close to restaurants. Nick was great to work with. If I had a question, it seemed like he got back to me within 10 minutes. This is my go to place when I visit Turlock. I know I'm leaving something out, but this house is great.

This home was everything you see in the pictures and more. The hosts will go out of their way to make sure you are welcomed and appreciated. Six of us stayed in Turlock on a recent trip and could not have been happier with our accommodations. Essentially, all we had to do was buy a bit of food and enjoy ourselves. The covered outdoor patio was an added pleasure. Despite the warm daytime temperatures, once the sun set and a cool breeze settled in, it was very comfortable and enjoyable. If I am ever back in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Graduation time

We came to town for our Daughter’s graduation. Super close to the University and was perfect for our needs. Very attentive and came when we broke the toilet, replaced while we were at the Graduation. Thank you for working with us. We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend you stay here.

We recently stayed here for a wedding and absolutely loved it! The house was spotless — very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — close to restaurants, shops, and anything else we needed during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and beautifully kept, which made it easy to relax after busy days. The owners were wonderful to work with and stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. They were quick to answer any questions and made us feel completely at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — highly recommend!

Wonderful Home

Our stay in Turlock was absolutely perfect. The house was not only beautifully maintained but also incredibly comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home. From plush towels and a convenient washer/dryer to amenities like soap and body wash in the showers and even a few essentials thoughtfully stocked in the fridge, the attention to detail was impressive. The owner was wonderfully responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the back patio—it was a great place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. And the beds? Super comfortable, which made for restful nights. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
