Introducing our brand new, modern townhouse located in the desirable neighborhood of Howick, Auckland, New Zealand. This 2-storey property boasts spacious and comfortable living, perfect for families or groups of friends.

The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen dining and living area that opens up to a sunny deck courtyard space, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The stylish minimal modern kitchen is perfect for hosting meals and gatherings. The ground floor also includes a single garage, laundry area and a toilet powder room, making it convenient for guests.

On the second floor, guests will find 2 bathrooms, including a full family bathroom and an ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe. The other 2 bedrooms both have built in wardrobes and receive beautiful natural lighting from their double pane windows.

Wedding

Lovely apartment, quiet area, had everything. 2 of the quests couldn’t make it . Only used two bedrooms. The ironing board needs looking at I couldn’t stand it up but managed to use it in the floor . The toilet in garage had a suction towel holder that kept falling off wall, but apart from that it was amazing Thankyou . Will be back
