"For a hotel at that price, it was very disappointing that the only way to have streaming services was to connect to the hotels WiFi. The issue was that it did not work the entire stay."

"Double booked our room and did not honor our reservation despite being reserved weeks in advance. We were not told until day of that the reservation was double booked and we were still charged for the cost of the room because it was after the cancelation deadline . Were told there was nothing that could be done."

"We were there to attend our daughter’s TCU graduation, and the staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The event planner did a wonderful job transforming the hotel lobby into a fun and festive celebration with a sparkly balloon backdrop, “2026” display for photos, purple bead necklaces, custom TCU cookies, bagged popcorn in TCU’s colors, and refreshing Moxi drinks (which were a great alcohol-free touch). It was all very thoughtful and made the celebration feel extra special for the guests. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness. Overall, the room was very nice, but when we arrived I noticed a pair of black socks on the floor, a larger snack crumb that I stepped on, and the shower floor was very slippery. Since the room is somewhat dark and the socks blended into the flooring, I can understand how they may have been missed, but it did make me wonder if the room had not been thoroughly vacuumed. On a positive note, the snack shop was wonderful for late-night needs—offering wine, beer, water, and snacks, which was very convenient. However, there were no utensils, napkins, or paper or plastic cups available either in the room or at the snack store, which would have been helpful since items are purchased there to bring back to the room to heat and or eat."

"My room was clean but had a cracked sink and the tub looked really bad. The noise from the other rooms and the street and traffic was horrible. I had to park in front near the front door and looked out to see a couple who were staying at the hotel basically all over my vehicle. I had to press the lock 3 times to flash the lights and that didn't get them away from it so I had to go down to the parking area which the elevator was so slow. I didn't make it out until they came inside the hotel. I wont be staying at this hotel again. I had to pay $26 for parking and had to deal with these people. My mattress was so over used it was very soft and squishy and my back is out because of it. Overall bad experience."

"This is the best place to stay if you’re going to a concert at the Dickie’s Arena, it’s an easy walk and there’s lots of people doing the same. I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Every room is clean. The gym is nicely furnished not only does it have free weights, but there’s a peloton and a cable machine. The staff is always nice and helpful in the breakfast area is clean and open."
