Over all this was a good experience for our family. A few things could have made it excellent..We were traveling with a recovering cancer patient and tried several times to get an early check in, was repeatedly told to call back and they would see what was possible, up to the day we were arriving leaving little room for carpool planning. Only to be told that they couldn't say yes or no until we arrived but we may not have service out there..not very helpful. Secondly, the overwhelming smell of cleaning products when we walked in was unhealthy. We had to open all the windows and air the whole house out. Thirdly, the strong smell of laundry soap/fabric softener on sheets/towels was terrible and made it hard to sleep comfortably. We had to do a load of wash while there, didn't use any soap and our clothes are now saturated with synthetic smells. This was hard for our whole family but especially so for someone battling cancer and recovering from 6 months of Chemotherapy. You might want to consider switching to scent free products, not only for your clients health but for the folks who clean your units wellbeing as well.
