Downtown Art & Eclectic "D" 2br

  • The apartment is upstairs. When pulling into entrance, pull straight forward to park. The unit is in the rear, Apt. D. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door). There is parking on street if needed. This is a beautiful, clean and very artsy & eclectic apartment exclusively designed and created for hosting guests. Not used by owner. It is on the 2nd floor in the rear of building. It has a separate living room, 2 bedrooms (1 king & 1queen bed) & 2 full bathrooms. Spacious kitchen . The two bedrooms are separate with locking doors. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 5 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities.
