University of Mobile is about 10 miles away. Private and quiet located behind the host's home. Covered parking in the works. You'll want to stay here every time you come to visit our area.
Close enough & far enough away
The space
Pepper’s Place is the perfect place to relax and have a temporary home base near the Mobile area.
The open kitchen and living area is great for a couple or group up to 4 to gather without feeling crowded, Located in a small quiet neighborhood really feels like home and not a crowded vacay complex.
Guest access
There are 2 parking spots, and a back-around spot, one can be for a boat if you are a water enthusiast with Dead Lake Marina only about 2.5 miles away. 1 of the parking spots will soon have a cover for weather protected access in the side door.
Other things to note
We have local TV channels using OTA (Over the Air/ Broadcast) service, not cable. But there are all the basics about 53 channels or so. There is WiFi and you can use the streaming services like Disney+, Paramount, or HBOMax.
The internet speed is about 70Mbs, the faster speeds like 100, are not yet available in our area. When it is, we will be one of the first to sign up.
