Great location! It could use some updates. Some Utah personalization would help. Also the toiletries were less than desirable. The patio could use some cushions. But overall the place was nice. Very much enjoyed Moab!

We had a great stay. Place was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy drive to everything we wanted to do, but off the beaten path enough to be peaceful and just enjoy the views. We would definitely stay again next time we come to Moab.

Beautiful area, easy to access parks and Moab. The house itself has minimal amenities such as cooking equipment and microwavable dishes. Great for families so mom and dad can get away. Nice private outdoor sitting area with grill and seating (grill wasn't working for us) with access to pool area that had 2 smaller pools and a spa (under construction -no biggie since it was temps in the 100s.) In the evening, you can relax and watch the red rocks and then a sky full of stars.

Condo was clean, location great, needed to check on some items and got quick response from the host which I appreciated greatly. Only thing was the BBQ grill wasn’t working the best. But excluding that loved the condo and will definitely stay there again next year on our yearly trip.

This is a great location, on the edge of Moab, with easy access to The Arches and Canyonlands National parks. The Main Street has many restaurants and shops that met all of our needs. The vacation home provided wonderful space for our group of four adults and three teens!

Cute property by Arches and Canyonlands

Our two families had a very enjoyable stay and spent a day exploring Arches and Canyonlands. Kristen was very resposive with questions. Overall excellent stay.

Wonderful house

Great house in a great location just south of Moab. Super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in & check out process were very easy. Would definitely look to stay here again next time we’re in Moab.

Family Moab Trip

Fantastic trip, so many amazing natural wonders to see and experience! The location and the communication with owners were great. The neighbors got a little rowdy over the weekend, but nothing too unexpected. Great vacation!

Never got a welcome letter. Number of condo was not listed on the website so had to call the property manager to figure out which condo it was. PoolHas used a push code for months and they still have an old key that doesn’t work. Location was great. Overall it was good, but management company needs to update the notebook with instructions, etc. it has been over 7 years since the instructions have been updated. Management company also needs to get in and do a thorough cleaning of floors, etc. This sounds harsh, but it is constructive feedback. I would go back again. I would also recommend to a friend.

Ideal home base for outdoor excursions
