Idyllically placed near the 12th hole of the spectacular Moab Golf Course, these modern two-and three-bedroom southwestern style condominiums are tastefully furnished and accessorized. A seasonal outdoor swimming pool, golf, hiking, and biking are just outside your door. Enjoy stunning views of the golf course, red rocks, and the La Sal Mountains from your private patio.

No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

River Days has access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool.

Well when we arrived there was electrician working on a light switch, made me feel a little uneasy knowing that he had access into the property. He let us know that the main switch to the living room was not working. Luckily, everything else was good. The shower curtains had an odd order to them too. Probably time to switch those out. I loved everything else though! I would totally stay there again.

Wonderful getaway!

Great location and set up for our family while biking and exploring national parks in the Moab area! Nice change to tent camping in the cold and wind as well. Upon checking in, our seven-year-old exclaimed, "I LOVE this VRBO!"

Good but ...

The place was nice and comfy. However, I am giving 3 stars for: 1. very old towels and beddings. Some towels had big holes in them. Although they looked washed, I didn't like using them. 2. The grill was dirty. 3. Although the hot tub was not listed as an amenity, I thought it was included since the pool is listed and there are photos including the hot tub. It would help if it's explicitly mentioned in the description. 4. furniture and TV could be better for the price.

Nice Place, but...

Nice place, but... 1. Basic TV stations described in the lodging guest guide were not available. 2. The shower curtain was 10 inches too long and dragged halfway across the tub making it impossible not to slip. Complained to property manager Tom, but nothing was done. 3. One TV had no sound.

The property was next to the golf course and we enjoyed the views. The kitchen was well stocked and the company left a plentiful supply of necessities like shampoo etc. We enjoyed our stay very much

Everything was quite good and we enjoyed our stay in your property. The only thing I might suggest improving is getting check-in instructions sent earlier. Despite having asked about that, I did not receive the instructions until we were already on your way to Moab.

Adobe townhome central but away enough to be quiet and enjoyable

Easy to relax and enjoy Moab. Wish pool was open but we have all learned to live without that for now. Otherwise great place!

Perfect spot to enjoy Moab

This was a great quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of Moab. The condo had everything we needed to cook our own meals and enjoy some time on the back porch for morning coffee and happy hour. The garage was a great addition to be able to store our bikes overnight. Great riding and hiking in the area close by. We hope to return soon.

We stayed in the condo for two nights. It was comfortable and had a nice patio to see out and look at the mountains. We did not cook there only making coffee in the morning. Restaurants and town were just a short drive. We couldn’t use the living room TV, couldn’t figure out the remotes so it would be helpful to have directions as it would save a lot of time. Good location to use as our base as we did our day trips.

Comfortable space, attractive artwork on the walls, plenty of room, location fine outside of town but easy driving distance. Kitchen well-equipped and the outside grill made preparing meals even more fun. For the older one among us, a grab bar in the shower would have been appreciated.
