  • Newer modern southwest style townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, covered patios with bbq grill and outdoor seating. Open concept kitchen and living room area. King master suite has attached bath with luxury walk in spa shower. Attached 2 car enclosed garage steps into laundry area with washer and dryer. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. Bedrooms include 2 kings, 2 twins, and a twin sleeper couch in living room. Living room has a 55" TV with blue ray/dvd player. Master suite and king guest room also have TV's. Located about 5 minutes from downtown Moab, this is a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking around property for vehicles with trailers.

    This property is centrally located between Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, river rafting on the Colorado and world class mountain biking trails.
