This dog-friendly Moab townhome has wonderful mountain views and is close to everything!
Downtown Moab is only five minutes to the north, and this townhome has spectacular views of the nearby Moab Rim and La Sal Mountains. If you're heading to the Moab Golf Course, Slickrock Bike Trail, Ken’s Lake, or breathtaking La Sal Mountain Loop Road with hiking and jeep trails, it's only a few miles to reach your destination. A two-car garage provides plenty of parking space.
Spend some time in the full kitchen preparing a sumptuous meal, or take care of your friends with simple snacks. A gas fireplace adds to the ambiance, and a breakfast bar offers a casual place to eat. The cable TV and WiFi ensure that all have plenty of time to devote to their group. There's also a gas grill out on the patio.
From April through October, a community swimming pool keeps you active and engaged. If your muscles are tense, there is also a shared hot tub available year-round. This red rock townhome has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for larger groups.
Relax in the king master, or conk out in the second bedroom with a lush king bed. The final bedroom has two twins, making this home ideal for family units or groups of good friends. With two extra rollaway beds, a total of eight people can stay here. For a small nightly fee, that can include two family dogs! With a private washer and dryer, it's easy to keep up the supply of clean clothing.
The stunning Moab rock art is well worth a close examination. Make sure to bring along a camera, as the area makes for beautiful photographs. Was nice, pillows could have been better, and we could have used some tissue, but it was a nice quiet community, and we felt very safe. Close enough to downtown to enjoy dinners out and close to the park.
Love this spot with the views from the couch. So close to town and easy to get to all the outdoor activities. Everything was clean and we had just about everything we needed from the kitchen. Hope to go back again…

Property was nice, quiet and comfortable. Close
to shopping restaurants and grocery. Very close to Arches.
The housing complex had a nice pool and hot tub.
Master bedroom could use new pillows and the kitchen could use more skillets. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would book it again.
The property was in a nice neighborhood and was in a great location. The house was clean with lots of room and was well supplied.

Moab-Rim Village
I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this is now my favorite. I love Moab and the views were amazing. The Condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Dog dishes for my dog. Easy place to walk her. The area was busy but did not have any noise.

The location is great. Three large bedrooms with plenty of space to accommodate several people. Nice dining, living room, and kitchen. Both baths large and well stocked. View of the mountains from the condo, great places to walk. Our dogs stayed with us and they enjoyed the indoor space, fenced in patio and the grassy walking area. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub however it looked appealing. We used this condo as a base to visit the nearby National Parks. Found a great doggy day care for our dogs at Moab National Bark so we could hike the trails while knowing they were safe and well cared for.. would book this again if ever in the area!
Overall the property was fine for our needs. It is evident that the property is managed by an agency as it had a very "sterile" appearance in decor. It was clean and had the basic kitchen necessities but was lacking in a "welcoming" touch. Neighborhood was safe and quiet in the evenings (we spent the entire day until dark in Arches NP). Bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was good. Overall a good basic accommodation which is better than paying the same or more for a hotel room. The one thing that NEEDS to be addressed is directions for finding the dwelling. The directions provided only take you to the neighborhood. No detailed directions to the actual building. The buildings all look identical and the only identifier is a Letter/Number combination on the outside courtyard wall. These are not lighted and if you come in after dark as we did, finding your building is a challenge - not what one wants after a long day on the road.
Perfect location for visiting Moab, Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, Dead Horse SP, and the beautiful Colorado River Rd. House was clean, exactly as described, and very comfortable. Perefct layout for two couples traveling together.

Quiet home with a view and pool
We loved the layout and the size of the home. It was clean and centrally located but felt very private. The pool was in walking distance (1 block). The view was amazing. We would stay here again.
Impeccable grounds and easy parking with trailers! I’ve been staying in Rim Village for 20 years the now updated pool and hot tub are extremely nice after a day on the trails. This area is very safe for your belongings. You won’t be disappointed booking here. I will be back…..
We really enjoyed the unit. Far enough out of town to be quiet but not a commute to get to things. It was definitely one of the nicer places we have rented.

Hot Tub and Pool
Place was nice and exactly as described. The hot tub and pool being closed for part of our trip should have been compensated more for it not being available.
Spent three nights here traveling out for the days to Arches and Canyonlands. Location of the complex is a little odd (very rural area otherwise) but not far from town. Good size garage and plenty of driveway and street parking. Rooms actually seemed bigger than they appeared in the pictures, especially the main living area. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped and grill worked well. Would rent again.

If you don’t mind spiders and nearly nonexistent internet plus no cell service it’s right for you!
Rental unit was perfectly clean. We found the beds and furniture very comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, including those little things that can be such a hassle with rentals -- dishwasher and laundry pods, paper towels, garbage bags, etc.. Owners thoughtfully labeled all the light switches, which saves the usual aggravation of trying to figure out lighting. Rental is in a new development that is pretty and quiet.
Only thing we wished unit has was some hooks by the doors for coats.
Overall very happy with our stay!

Clean and welcoming home close to Moab
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. The house was very clean. It was conveniently located near Moab, Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. The beds were comfortable and there was ample comfortable seating in the living room for the 6 people. We enjoyed the view from the patio table.
We often cook and eat some dinners in while traveling, but our stay was too short this time. This kitchen was not as fully stocked with cooking implements as other homes we have rented and we would have had difficulty making dinners. Normally there has also been basic kitchen supplies such as some general spices and oils, but maybe we have just been spoiled. This is especially appreciated when flying to locations.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the house to future visitors to the Moab area.
