"When we arrived in country, we found out the owner had double booked the place. I had messaged them twice to find out how to check in and there was no response. After finding a phone number, my friend was able to call and speak with the owner who claimed they never got our reservation even though we had reserved and paid for the property in full 3 months in advance of our arrival.
