Cons: Leider fehlt bei diesem Boot eine Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen. Es gibt keinen Steg und keine Stühle. Das ist schade, gerade bei gutem Wetter. Auf Grund der Größe schaukelt es bei Wind oder Schiffverkehr. Für das, was man bekommt, etwas sehr teuer."

"Pros: Die Lage, Sauberkeit und Austattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Cons: Wir hatten für 6 Personen gebucht, jedoch hatten wir nur 5 Kopfkissen und Decken bekommen. Telefonisch hatten wir den Gastgeberkontakt nicht erreicht und per Mail hatten wir auch 4 Tage nach Abreise keine Reaktion. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert, das hat uns jetzt aber nicht weiter gestört. Der Wassertank vom Hausboot war nicht wie angefeben mit 800 Liter gefüllt, sondern nur mit 360 Liter. For us the beds were too firm and I prefer having access to tea/coffee facilities rather than having to pay for it all in the lobby bar. "Located central in a modern building with a fitness center and sauna I would book again. Two subway lines are close with one nearly at its door, yet it’s not a crowded and nosy area. I was able to take the S1 with an easy lift transfer to the U3. Then walked a few street to the hotel. I was provided a corner room with wall to wall windows; beautiful. There are blackout curtains, should you not want to wake with the sunrise. There is a desk with a cable to hook up your electronics should you be in Hamburg for work. I did not request breakfast as the additional cost was pricey €29. The staff are very friendly and helpful."
