Very clean, comfortable & stylish accommodation with all the kitchenette amenities. There were several nice touches like cold water, coffee pod machine, complimentary drinks and treats for when we arrived including breakfast choices, condiments & much more!Great place and Monique is a helpful & responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend the place for anyone and will definitely look at staying here in the future.

Easy to get to from Hume Hwy. Convenient location for Southern Highlands. Clean and tidy and well equipped for a short stay. Owners communicate quickly and clearly and were very welcoming. Car space right at the front door. Happy to recommend and will be rebooking when I need to be back in the area.

Welcome pack was great & well received - we were amazed at how well set out the room was, and it was so modern & clean - recommend this place as a great place to stay and enjoy what the area has to offer - we went to a music festival at the vineyards in Bowral, and this is a great place to stay if you are doing something like that - 5 stars.

Modern and Clean

Lovely host who gave lots of information leading up to our stay and who is very responsive. The welcome pack and breakfast food were appreciated. Little details and touches made the accommodation very comfy. The bed is comfortable and bathroom very clean and modern. Thanks Monique for a comfortable stay.

Nice, Quiet and New

Great place, very nicely appointed. located away from highway so very quiet. Breakfast included, juice, plenty of fruit, cereal and bread for toast, plus coffee machine and a bottle of wine on arrival.

Cute little B&B for a quick getaway!

My partner and I stayed at Monique’s spotless B&B for a night to get away from Sydney. Monique was very easy to communicate with (and quick to reply) and very welcoming. We arrived to a basket of snacks and goodies on the bed as well as everything you could need for breakfast the next day! Would definitely stay again!

Convenient location, cosy and clean

My husband and I enjpyed our stay, we were minding our granddaughter in Bowral during the evening and this property was perfect for us. Lovely welcome hamper and breakfast supplies were perfect for what we needed. Very clean, cosy bed and shower very relaxing. Smaller size accomodation perfect for a getaway and comforts of home provided. Thankyou Monique for your emails with communication regarding stay provided.

Cute B&B

The whole booking,checkin experience was easy. The Host replied immediately and was very helpful in recommending places to eat nearby. The Welcome basket was a nice touch and even asked what kind of milk we drank with our coffee. The room and bathroom was well presented and clean. It was small, no couch but adequate for our one night stay. The location is close to Bowral and Kangaroo Valley. Would highly recommend going to Il Trullo, an authentic Italian restaurant 5 min away. It was a weekend so we went to 2 markets in the Southern Highlands area.

Highly recommended

Monique and Travis made this stay amazing from the time of booking. They went out of their way to accomodate a slightly earlier checkin, so we could attend a function. The accomodation did not disappoint. It was clean and comfortable with a beautiful decor, but it was the personal touches such as the goody basket, personal welcome note and breakfast and snack options and organising our milk preference, that made all the difference. Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay longer.

Private, warm, well facilitated, surprisingly spacious, clean.

This great little stay was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended.Hearing the little ones running around upstairs was funny but might not be for everyone. The house was whisper quiet at night.The rooms internal access is locked from your side and the room is accessible by sliding door so it can remain as private as you need.The only minor issue I had was a slight damp smell from the bathroom that I am quite sensitive to, however my wife didnt even notice it. After opening the window the smell was promptly gone. Just sleep with the doors shut if it bothers you. The place was otherwise extremely clean.Lastly I appreciate the electric blanket, but would have loved for the hard block to be down by the feet so I didnt feel it while sleeping. An easy fix.The land lords are lovely and reliable.

Avoid if you're expecting a restful stay. We felt like the we were the in-laws who'd been locked in the spare room. After three hours, we'd had enough and left. The room itself, while small, was lovely, the bed was fine and everything was clean. Unfortunately, you're going to be staying with a young family whose kids are just at that age where they're noisy. Very noisy. The floor directly above your bed amplified every toddler stumble and toy-drop. There's nowhere else in your room to sit, so you just lay in the bed. It's also next to the train line. We paid over $240 to watch one movie on Netflix and then decided we'd had enough, packed up and made the two-hour drive back home. It's definitely not worth the price. The hosts seem lovely but don't stay there if you want to spend anytime relaxing.

Such a wonderful host, all questions were answered instantly. The property is in showroom condition and the personal touch was an unexpected treat. I highly recommend this stay if in the area. They certainly are head and shoulders above the rest.
