This is an older property in an older residential area. Limited parking in area, as mostly street parking
They have secure parking at $45+ per night. Small pool looked nice, but we did not use. Small bar also on property. Checking in can be difficult, only due to no available parking in front of building. Rooms are very basic, but we were happy with all that was provided. We left car and walked to everything as getting around area in car is a challenge, especially at night. Close walking distance to Bourbon st. , Frenchman street, which is a calmer live music area. Close to riverfront as well. Overall we were very happy with our stay here and would recommend. We are in our early 60s and we're not bothered by the amount of walking other than the heat. Welcome to the south!
