This was a great place to stay with our doggo when we were in Missoula. It's conveniently located, and allowed our fairly nervous dog a comfortable place to go on vacation with us. It was also clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.
Great little spot for a quick two night trip. It’s a really cool one bedroom spot above a garage. Easy walk to downtown area. Couple sweet coffee spots close by. Parking was good. Would stay again for sure.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was cozy and well equipped. It also had a fenced yard which was perfect as we brought our dog. An easy walk downtown or to Jacob’s island dog park. Some people may find the area a bit sketchy because of the empty spaces near the railway tracks but I found it peaceful even walking late ant night and the neighbours were friendly. The owner kindly let us stay an extra couple days when road conditions were poor and that was much appreciated.
allowed us to check-in early so w could rest before concert after traveling. I had recent back surgery and this was very much appreciated. everything you needed for cooking
I was very pleased with this cute bnb. Everything was as expected. It was very comfortable. Previous reviews mentioned the train noise but i didnt find it bad. I like the sound of trains. Would stay again! but i dudnt find it decor.
Very comfortable lodging, with all we needed for our stay. Lots of places to store things, lots of hooks, a full kitchen, a wonderfully responsive furnace for winter stays, and a nice location near downtown. The only negative we found was a weak wi-fi connection. But, highly recommend.
For a garage apartment, it is nicely done! It was quite hot during our stay, but the window A/C units did well, albeit very noisy. We were very comfortable, as was our furry family member. The apartment is very close to a train yard, but we enjoyed the sounds early in the morning! I will add that the apartment is located in a transitional neighborhood, with recreational drug sales right around the corner. Everyone has a different comfort level, but it felt like information worth sharing.
This place is great if you want an economical stay that's walkable to downtown and you don't mind a few things that are a little funky.
The neighborhood is overall quiet and charming with a little coffee shop that just opened up right behind the apartment. Be aware that the trains are indeed loud! Especially in the middle of the night. When the cars connect, it creates a loud boom that may wake you up if you're a light sleeper, even with earplugs and a white noise maker.
The place is overall clean and well stocked. Lots of little amenities, such as candles and a decent little pantry stocked up from previous guests. Be aware that we did encounter a fair amount of pet hair, which could be an issue for you if you're allergic. Oh -- also be aware that the bed is fairly soft in case you have a bad back. And the filters on the AC units maybe need to be cleaned? We definitely experienced more than our fair share of allergies and weren't sure why.
The manager, Molly is fairly responsive and happy to take care of any kind of issues. (Note: Follow the directions and leave the spare key in its holder on the door so you don't get locked out!) We had some trouble getting the remote to work for the TV and she was more than happy to help us out.
Overall, the place is cute and more than adequate, especially if you're going to be out and about enjoying all that Missoula has to offer.
We went to a concert at the Kettlehouse Amphitheater and stayed overnight. Cute place in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access, well decorated with everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. Loved that there was an outside grill and place to sit. Would def stay again and recommend to others.
Had great expectations staying here in Missoula, but due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cut our time short. VRBO Host was accommodating to our request. Thank you,Ron & Kathy
Great proximity to everything.Cute little spot was perfect for the overnight with my wife and daughter along with her friend. Enjoyed a concert at Kettlehouse, easy to get to from here. Will for sure book again
This is our second time staying there. It feels just like home!! And, Molly is a fantastic host. When time comes for our next visit, we hope to stay there again.
We really enjoyed our time here. It's walking distance to downtown, good restaurants, great coffee, farmers markets. Easy access from the freeway but no freeway noise. The apartment had many interesting bits of art and felt very homey. We will be back.
