「The property was beautiful, clean and was far nicer than the pictures indicated. The hosts were friendly and responsive. My father and I have mobility issues, the property really leant itself to easy accessibility which made our stay that much more enjoyable. 」

「This was the perfect place for us while visiting relatives in the area and only an hour drive from the Ottawa airport. After we arrived Brianna came to welcome us and provide some detail about the home. This is a beautiful property, impeccable decor and design with all the amenities plus more. The hot tub, fire pit and a glass of wine at the rivers edge were added touches of enjoyment. The S’mores were delicious, thank you Brianna.」

「Absolutely loved it. Kids and dog loved the suave and we all sieht s out of time exporting the shallow rapids and counting the different birds we saw. We met Cheryl briefly and she recommended we take reclining lawn chairs to the front lawn to watch the stars - we did that after a fire and it was fantastic. Lots of games, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. We rented a canoe from McReary Resort siren the road and also made a day trip to Murphys Point. Just loved it! 」

「Four of us - 2 adults and 2 teens - spent a lovely, last minute trip March 13-15, 2025. The cabin did not disappoint. Nestled along the mighty Madawaska River and tucked down in the forest. We played cards, watched movies, and a sat on the awesome couch with a warm fire while enjoying the views. All basic comforts of home were available, the cabin was clean, and we were more than impressed. Would have loved to have had access to the sun porch, but understandably not in use over winter. 「Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by Taina and Frank. The cottage is located on a small lake therefore there is not a lot of boat traffic which allows for the quietness. The cottage is cozy and quaint and has everything you could possibly need. We especially enjoyed the evening fires and watching the moon rise over Blueberry Mountain. 「Grew up on Benett Lake so this holds a special place in my heart to be able to enjoy the lake with my family. The house is perfect for families and has every item you might wish for and more. Loved the various living spaces and super yard for family activities. The dock is large and sunsets are beautiful. Wish we had more time but will book again!!
