「The property was in unacceptable condition upon our arrival. The sheets, pillows, and towels were visibly stained. The bathtub was dirty, and the toilet had a noticeable ring around the bowl. Additionally, there was standing water around the edges of the sink and on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Overall, the property was poorly maintained and lacked basic cleanliness and sanitation standards. It was a very disappointing experience.」
