"Disappointing and Frustrating ExperienceWe booked this place specifically because it advertised an airport shuttle service. Unfortunately, it was not disclosed at booking that the shuttle is timed rather than on-demand, resulting in wait times of over 40 minutes. Had this been clearly communicated, we would have reconsidered our reservation.Adding to the frustration, staff responses were inconsistent and unhelpful when we tried to clarify the shuttle schedule. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor communication made this stay unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this property to travelers who rely on timely airport transportation."

"We arrived late yet front desk staff were able to accommodate us with room on preferred floor. There is a restaurant conveniently located on-site and gym for quick workout. The shuttle service is one of the best as the driver loads the bags rather than trying to carry them on the bus. Easy check in and check out. "
