"The place was lovely. We didn’t realize that one of the bedrooms was upstairs. My husband had foot surgery so we use the downstairs bedroom. And for some reason, we thought there would be more pools.Other than that, everything was wonderful. The communication with our host was perfect. Thank you again for the marvelous time."

"The room was clean, but the pool area was unkempt the pictures advertised were misleading, the hotel is pretty far from downtown and they don't have enough stores and restaurants around the hotel so coming back and forth from downtown to the hotel can be expensive, the taxis are pretty beat up and some of them don't have air conditioner still you have to pay a higher fare to get to places,the food is not great,on the complementary breakfast they serve the very minimum ,we ask the concierge to help us with a rental car and instead of the car we end up going to another"

"Location is nice. The lap pool is primarily for swimming laps and a quiet area. The family pool is a short walk away which we used more frequently for grandson and for floats in the pool. The unit itself is very dark and in need of updating. The beds were sufficient, but the upstairs bedroom could use some room darkening curtains. Overall, I would pick a different unit/floorplan. "

"Except for not having any water to drink when we arrived, this place is great value! Luckily it was not our first time in Loreto so we knew where to buy water close by. Host was easy to work with and prompt with communication.Just a side note, bring your own laundry pods, dishwasher detergent. Everything else was supplied. We would stay there again."

"Location was good. The unit had some issues. The stove did not work. It was finally repaired on the second last day. The bbq was broken. The host brought in a new one but it did not work either. Water pressure throughout the unit was very weak."
