「Lotus Hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel was very clean, quiet, well maintained, and had a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. The room was nice, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff was professional and attentive. Everything worked exactly as it should, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. If I am ever back in the area, I would definitely stay here again.」

「I have never had such a difficult time with a booking before! The host of Travelstaycation notified me of a mistake with the address and that the apartment was at a different location than what was on my confirmation. I asked for an updated confirmation multiple times and she kept saying that I would get the corrected address information the day before check-in with instructions. 「Staff was very nice at check in. The elevator was not working which was rather inconvenient - they could not accommodate me with a first floor room but did switch to a second floor room. Room was small but cozy. Linens were fresh and clean - bathroom was also very clean. Was a good room at a kinda expensive rate but all hotels on the Kansas City metropolitan area have raised their rates due to the impending FIFA World Cup games.」
