"A nice hotel near lake Michigan. The room was comfortable and a hot breakfast served daily. The pool was also very nice!"

"This hotel is a bit old and dated but it adds to the charm. When you first walk in it smells a bit musty - I am sure it is from the dampness of being right on the lake. The rooms do not have that smell. If you think so just open your window and your room will smell so fresh right away! We had a room with two windows - one looking towards Manitowac and one right out to the Lake. Sadly it was foggy when we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the view. But the sound of the waves! It was so wonderful to hear and it lulled us right to sleep. The bed was comfy. The breakfast gave you a choice of menu items or an amount off if you chose something else from the menu. The breakfast was very good! We would stay here again if we were in the area."

"This is a unique hotel in a great location in DePere. Very clean and very comfortable. Try the Thai Restaurant!!"

"Clean Room, but missed food/coffee spots on wall near desk. Did not eat there, but food prices were very high in Chophouse (one item over $100). I was sandwiched on 3rd floor and had guest hammering below me later in the evening, with a heavy-footed person above me the next morning. Obviously, not enough soundproofing/concrete between floors, with low ceilings. My room was also literally the first door in hallway right next to elevator. Water in room has $5 charge, and while a small card on coffee station notes that, is in very fine print. TV and microwave also not easily usable or re-set. Although newer and convenient, will not stay here in the future."
