Η διαμονή μας στον χώρο αυτό ήταν καταπληκτική. Αν ξαναέρθουμε θα το επιλέξουμε πάλι. Υπάρχει η ταβέρνα δίπλα με πολύ καλό φαγητό. Παραδοσιακοί μεζέδες καλό κρασί και ρακί ήταν τα πιο χαρακτηριστικά. "Breakfast and views were great. Room had no luggage racks or places to open luggage, shower was beautiful but no door so the floor got soaked while showering"

"We have just returned from staying at Elpida Village. The setting is lovely and the views are stunning. The shuttle bus to the beach was very handy. Our room was great, with very welcome a/c. Plenty of space for our clothes too. My only complaint really was that the shower was far too small and I didn't like the shower curtain. I am an average size person and even I found it difficult to shower without flooding the floor. But that was a minor inconvenience. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. We loved Marina who was working in the bar in the evening. She was so friendly and entertaining. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the lady who served the pool bar, but she was also very pleasant and friendly. The food was very good and there was plenty of it. The waiting staff were a little over keen to clear the tables but we soon got used to that. I highly recommend this as a great hotel for families. We are a couple but found that it was OK for us. We also liked the fact that we could have all inclusive which was well worth the price that we paid. I especially loved the terrace area outside the main party of the hotel where we sat in the evening, with a beautiful tree in the middle and tables and chairs all around just like an old Cretan village square."

"Amazing stay at The Island Concept! The staff were wonderful, the service was really exceptional. From the front desk, to poolside, to the restaurant, everyone we came in contact with was lovely and helpful. The property is absolutely stunning, room was modern and very clean. I loved that you could order food and drinks poolside and on their little beach, through the app. So convenient!"

"An absolutely stunning property with the most proactive, helpful and attentive staff I've ever seen at a resort. Other reviews already highlight how beautiful the resort is, so thought I'd leave specific info about accessibility, as it was a lot better than I anticipated from previous info online. My wife uses a wheelchair, although can manage short distances/a few steps. Although the resort is on a slope with multiple tiers, most of the grounds are feasible for a wheelchair; going from main reception to the bungalows, most communal grounds and the route towards the beach are all slopes. To get down to the beach and the beach bar itself, there are maybe 10 steps. Similarly, to get to the buffet restaurant, there are a few steps. If you're in a situation like us, where a wheelchair is generally needed but a few steps are manageable, don't let it put you off the resort. The staff were SO helpful and kind. They pre-emptively offered taking us on the golf cart, let us park our car next to the reception, always found ways to make trips easier and even, the night before we were set to leave, had the hotel repairman repair a loose screw on the wheelchair! I can't thank the staff enough for their support; they made us feel completely relaxed and as though we had to make no compromises even with accessibility needs. Thank you."
