    Make yourself at home and enjoy a glorious day off at this gorgeous waterfront condo! This convenient home-away-from-home offers two well-appointed bedrooms as well as two bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare meals and delicious snacks that you can later enjoy indoors or outside on the balcony as you go over the day's adventures with your loved ones. If you happen to visit Baytowne Wharf during the summer, you'll be happy to know that there is a shared outdoor pool just one story down! Among other special and convenient amenities, you'll find a shared hot tub, and even a fitness room. This condo enjoys a surprisingly quiet environment, considering just how close it is to all the restaurants and shops of Baytowne Wharf, and you'll find the sunrises are worth waking up to every day of your stay.



    WHAT’S NEARBY

    Forget about the car and head out to access the fantastic shopping, dining, and family-friendly activities and adventures of Baytowne Wharf. Follow the trail into Baytowne for a day or night of shopping, dining, exploring the nature trail on the bay, or ziplining across the community. Several additional shopping and dining options are located on both sides of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, while the Silver Sands Premium Outlets and the Grand Boulevard shopping area are both within a few miles.

    Gated resort - guests must check in at the guard shack.

    A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram as well.

We enjoyed our short stay here. It was very clean and we loved the deck area overlooking the pool. The best part is location. Very easy walk to all Baytowne has to offer. Would stay here again!

A great vacation.

This was our first stay at Sandesta and we keep asking ourselves why we hadn't come sooner. Great condo and pool! Great location! Great restaurants! A lot of fun things to do! Definitely on our repeat list.

Nice place

Nice place overall. Surrounded by restaurants, etc. Room was nice, secure area. Host could be a little delayed in responsiveness but eventually got back to us. The code did not work in coming in from the outside of the property on Marketplace, only other suggestion was to have a more concise layout/better descrption of codes for the various entries such as pool, garage, and that door from the shoppes. Would stay again.

Great Vacation Spot

This property was perfect for our family of four! Loved the condo (especially the porch for my morning coffee), the atmosphere, and all the fun things to do right on property. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo in a great location

Condo was very clean and well stocked. Right near the Baytown wharf so an excellent location. Also has a good sized patio with a good view of the pool. Checking in and out was a breeze and having a golf cart was a plus. Would stay here again.

Clean & Comfortable

My family of four stayed here during the week of Christmas. This was a quiet corner unit that provided the basics for an easy getaway- and, most importantly, we slept well. I also loved the proximity to Grand Boulevard for last minute gift & grocery shopping. We would definitely rent again.

Loved it!

We loved this place! Only hang up was lack of response to a couple of questions before we left but otherwise amazing! Location was great and plenty to do with kids. Beach was quick golf cart ride away even with a 1, 4, and 6 year old and all the stuff we lugged to the beach. Place was clean and plenty of space.

Great and Convenient Location

The location in Baytowne Wharf was ideal. We went out the front door for a beautiful morning walk, passing by the shops, restaurants and over the water bridges. The fitness room was also an easy walk away. The kitchen utensils were ample, however, the cookware needs to be replaced. We had to buy an electric skillet for our stay. We were very comfortable there and the unit was as pretty as the pictures. The parking garage was close to the elevator making access very convenient.

Great unit

Very nice unit. Very comfortable for our quick get away with our son and wife. It was convenient to the wharf, steps away from the pool and comfy comfy bed. Only recommendation is the mgmt company, Vacasa, could be better at communicating check in info / hard to find the unit - entrance to elevators to the 4th floor is actually very close to 2nd floor private parking. You can’t go wrong - it has everything you need. We would live to visit again

Perfect Condo

Everything was perfect. I hope that the new owners continue to rent this property out because we will for sure stay there again. I know that there are new owners, but if they could supply a few small beach chairs & items for the beach would be nice. My husband and I plan on buying a condo within 10 years in the Village. Great place & atmosphere!!

Lovely condo in great location

We enjoyed our time in this unit. It was well appointed and clean. We lacked nothing. I would highly recommend. The only thing I would change is the fence around the pool needed painting and looked tired. This is of course not within the unit owner’s control.

Perfect in Every Way!

This condo was in the perfect location. Baytowne Wharf was right outside the front door and the pool area was right outside the back door. The courtyard and surrounding grounds were pristine and the condo was spotless upon our arrival. We spent a great deal of our time lounging on the large wraparound balcony. The golf cart was a great addition to the rental. The condo also had a washer/dryer which was not mentioned in the list of amenities. We will definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

Great location! Very nice and clean condo. Plenty of room for our family of 4 adults/teenagers. Our only issue was with parking one evening. There was an event at Baytowne Wharf and the parking garage and all “additional parking” was full. We were told we had to keep circling until we found something. Other than that one issue, we loved our stay.
