Everything was great. The property was as described, clean and well kept. Communication with property manager was great and the views at this property were stunning. We were there between Christmas and New Years and the beach was beautiful; we were blessed with mostly good weather. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the best VRBO that we have ever stayed it. The view off the balcony was beautiful and the condo was just as wonderful as it said it was. We have already looked at booking this location again.

Location was great! Furniture definitely needs updated. Couches were stained and not very uncomfortable. The pull out bed in couch was HORRIBLE! The beds desperately need new mattresses as they were terribly uncomfortable as well. The condo could of been cleaned a little better before our arrival. Overall this property is all about location, location, location. It would of been a 10/10 if some updates with the furniture had been done.

Great building, walk down stairs and you’re on the beach. Condo is cozy and the view from the balcony is perfecr. It would be a five star if beach some beach supplies were provided and they weren’t stingy on the amount of dishwasher pods and paper towels etc. but overall this place is worth the money and we would go back.

Perfect location. Close to shopping at Silver Sands, Winn Dixie for groceries and plenty of restaurants nearby. Condo was very clean with nice amenities and quiet. Beach was gorgeous and beach service easy to book. Ample parking. Smaller condo which we like so it’s not so crowded. We have been coming to Destin for many years and this trip was memorable. Heck you can even get a pedicure and a massage right around the corner! Chris is a fabulous host. Give him a call!

This is a lovely condo on the beach. The kitchen was well supplied to cook a meal, even a crockpot. It was clean and beds were comfy. There is no w/d in the unit but there is a room on the floor with a set for a small fee. The balcony is a good size with nice furniture to catch sight of dolphins. Chris, the manager, was super helpful when needed!

We’ve been coming to Huntington for almost ten amazing years and have loved it every time, and this was the first time staying in this particular room. From the very beginning, starting with communication with Chris and Riley, the hosts, they were so kind, and helpful. Always responded quickly to any questions and concerns that we had. We absolutely loved staying here. It was a nice secured area. The views were spectacular. We loved that the beach was private. They have umbrellas and chairs available through another company if you want to utilize that service. The location is perfect! You are close to Winn Dixie if you need anything and shopping at the outlets. The condo was clean and comfortable. The check in and out directions were clear and precise. We will be visiting again soon!

Beach Stay

It’s a nice clean area. This building and the neighbors buildings are smaller (5-8 stories) so we never had to fight for a spot on the sand. It’s a bit inconvenient to walk to most restaurants but a very short drive. Some very nitpicking things like the A/C runs (loudly) from sun up to midnight, using the oven totally overwhelms it. The laundry is card for wash but coin for dry lol.It’s far cheaper to buy a pop up canopy & cheap chairs at walmart than renting them 3rd party on the beach (51/day for 2 chairs & umbrella).Hopefully these tips help. Overall it’s a great deal for your . The beach and water were great!

Great property. I liked that it was a smaller property and low key, away from the busyness but in close proximity to everything. View was beautiful. Beach was wonderful. Unit was spacious and comfortable.

Comfortable and Clean

Family of 4, with kids 9 and 12. This was a nice comfortable unit for the 4 of us. The beach was not crowded in front of the building even on July 4th week. We used the beach service chairs all week. Pool was clean and area kept nice by HOA. 4th floor unit made taking the stairs easy right down to the beach even though there is an elevator. Lots of good restaurants around and close to shopping and arcade. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! Thanks!!

Everything was clean and in good shape.If I had one thing to recommend it would be to put a sign or something on patio door to alert to the large edge you have to step over,I felt like this was a tripping danger.Also we were not sure how to get more towels for the room.There were enough towels provided for one shower only for everyone,that doesn't work if you stay more than one day.But overall this was a very good place to stay.

Beautiful Beachfront condo

Great ocean view at this beachfront condo. It was convenient to shopping, grocery store, restaurants and just steps to the amazing beach. Very comfortable place to relax and well stocked with all we needed.No beach towels provided or laundry in the condo but we were told in advance and came prepared. Laundry available just outside the unit if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary Trip

The property was nice and in a great location. We enjoyed being close to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Also, Jesse (beach chairs and umbrellas) was very nice and helpful, as well. We will definitely be back for a stay.

Our favorite place to stay

We absolutely love Huntington by the sea and have stayed in several units and this is our favorite. Very clean, comfortable beds and equipped with everything we needed. We have family that live 5 min away and still choose to stay at this location because it’s so perfect
