The views from this condo are amazing. We were there for 4th of July and could see fireworks for miles from all directions. We stayed 10 days and didn’t want to leave. We had some issues upon arrival and they were there in minutes to fix it. Very responsive. We arrived earlier than our check in time and the property manager changed door code and said to just go ahead and go up. I could’ve stayed there forever. Great memories I have to cherish. Thank you

Did not disappoint

Clean room, beds were absolutely the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in, view was fabulous, room was spacious, I can’t say enough. It was great!! We will definitely be back.

Do not book

First of all views are amazing, that’s it I went over feedbacks before coming and realized a lot of people complained about cleanliness. So I contacted TJ, explaining situation that we are family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids, we are very clean, so please make sure it will be clean (we paying for it) He said it will deep cleaned So what we got - Body hairs on the sheets - Bloody spots on the pillows - Washer dryer from 1901 (not working) - Dirty toilets (not all was dirty) Forgot to mention it was my surprise to my wife(she is OCD, will kill me if I wear a shoes at home, just to grab something I forgot before leaving) -So we booked it for 4 days, 1 day she was wiping everything after she saw hairs and bloody spots Oh at the end I contacted them many times, they only give me a call back when I mentioned bad review I’m planning to leave and offered me 100$ refund So they can keep it, good luck in future

Amazing view but disgusting

The condo itself was amazing and the view was to die for but the cleanliness was a -15. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Food under the couch cushions, trash under the beds (nasal spray and tissues) and couches, stained furniture and towels , and vomit or some other disgusting substance on the balcony rug. Just not what you would expect for the price of the stay.

Best family vacation rental EVER!

Wow is the first word that comes to mind when I think about our recent stay -- nothing tops the views, I'm so glad we were able to book this unit. The unit was exactly what we needed for a large family getaway. We were so excited to find a closet full of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas to bring along with us on our outings and felt very comfortable when we relaxed in the unit. The kitchen was clean and I definitely appreciated the washer and dryer unit! Such a fun place, we will definitely be booking again. Very easy with the 3D Rental group, they were quick to respond and pleasant to work with - TJ, Peter and Chris were always available and attentive to our needs during our stay.

Condo was dirty and nasty!!

We arrived at 3:50, check in was 4:00. We arrived and the prior tenants were still inside with the cleaning crew. We weren’t allowed in until 4:35, the condo smelled of beer and cigarettes, had to go buy air freshener. The linens had make up stains, couch was stained. Only one wash cloth per bathroom. I have pictures of everything I have described It’s really a shame this nice condo has been treated so terribly. Will not stay with this particular rental company again!!!

Best view of any condo I’ve stayed in

Condo was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. All of that does not compare to the view which was simply AMAZING! I had dinner with my family on the huge balcony 24 stories high. After dinner each night we enjoyed the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. The porch was so nice it made us not want to leave the condo, even to go to the beach. You can literally see the entire Destin coastline and it seats 8-10 people easily. Manager was also great and easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10 would recommend this condo.

This was our first time renting for a month. We had a great experience with this unit. We had an awesome time and the check in/check out process was simple.

Great views but needs indoor updating

We loved the views but we were disappointed with everything else indoors. The furniture is very outdated, the kitchen is very small and the pantry is taken by washer and dryer so almost no place to storage food. All the closets were full of broken old furniture and other stuff, lots of bulbs needing replacement. This unit wasn’t very clean with lots of dusty areas.

Too many issues from the beginning.

I never complain or leave reviews but we come to Destin ever summer and have never had issues like this trip. Dryer was broken on arrival. We had to dry our clothes on the balcony all week, which ruined any black clothing we had. Owner offered once to dry our clothes, after me persistently asking what we were suppose to do. Apparently they assumed we did not need to wash or dry anything for a week. Not enough arm bands in the condo, had to ask for those as well. There is no broom to even attempt to sweep, not a drop of windex or anything to wipe tables with. Not to mention the place was not clean when we arrived. The cleaning lady was still there when we got to the condo, with her two children, one of which was a baby she kept having to stop and tend to which is probably why they were not finished by check in. It looked like they wiped the dust off from the previous family. The whole condo needs a deep cleaning from the floors to furniture to the cabinets. Dining room chair literally broke while my 85 yr old grandmother was sitting in it. For what we paid we should not have had any of these issues. I can not imagine that no other renters have not had the same issues or won't in the future. After the ongoing list of issues the property owner was aware of he not once offered any discount, asked I'd we needed any other clothes dried or anything. Also, the cleaning lady text me the day before check out asking if we were leaving earlier because it would make it so much easier for them. That's not professional, we paid for our time there and did not feel welcome or taken care of. It has on the check out instructions to let them know when we leave which we planned to do. Beach is public by the condo, it was so packed you could not even see the water unless you set your "tent" up at 7am. It being a public beach it was also not clean, trash was left everywhere by the end of each day.
