Nice room very clean an updated … smooth communication, kitchen had everything we needed for our stay … only complaint was shower curtain Rod was broke and just laying on shower cove lip so had to be careful not to knock off when opening and closing curtain but other than that it was great would stay here again!!

Perfect location

We stayed for 6 nights and the location was very convenient to the beach, entertainment and restaurants! We would definitely recommend staying here! Only down side is if you stay on the 3rd floor pack light for the stair climb since they don’t have an elevator.

Condo was very clean and well cared for. Excellent views of the ocean and the beach was right across the street. I highly recommend staying here. We loved everything it had to offer.

Spring break with family

Great location. Condo could have had more amenities normally have more towels, tongs, bigger skillet….etc. flying limited what we could bring. Last guest must have cooked with garlic the smell was powerful. Loved the view of the beach and pool area.

Beautiful view and great location

The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing! Loved staying here and will definitely stay again! Super easy check-in and check-out process is a bonus too!

Awesome place to stay!

This was our 2nd year coming to Destin and this place has been amazing. Right across the road from the beach and can sit on your balcony and admire the ocean! Highly recommend this condo!

Fall Getaway

We loved our stay at Summer Spell, unit 306. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfy bed, and well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. I enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony while having my morning coffee, and watching the sunsets in the evenings. The proximity to the beach is just a few steps away!! Walking distance to many good restaurants as well! And Miramar Beach is absolutely beautiful with powdery soft white sand, gorgeous water, and amazing sunsets!! Note to renters.... Just an FYI....there are 4 flights of stairs to climb if you stay on the 3rd floor. Note to owner/ management....The closet door in the bedroom would not stay on the track. Was not a big deal, we just left it open the whole time. As for Beach Bums Vacation Rentals.... awesome! Great communication and customer service! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved it. Beautiful view

We will be back again and stay at the same place. It was nice, clean and right across to the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and the evening listening to the ocean.
