Welcome to Tops’l unit 1111. This oversized 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the fabulous Tides Building at Tops'l Resort and offers all the amenities of home with a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, & a full-size washer and dryer, floor to ceiling windows in the living room, and electric remote-controlled shades.

Relax on the enormous 400 sq. ft. balcony with a large table, lots of seating, two chaise loungers and stunning views. The gourmet kitchen has an oversized island that makes cooking easy and efficient. This beautiful condo has flat-screen TVs throughout. The master bath has a huge soaking tub & a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is also an entrance to the guest bath from the hall and in the room for privacy. Secure WIFI is available in the condo.

Our beach was voted the #1 Best Beach in the nation by Southern Living magazine! Seasonal daily chair rentals are offered along the resort's 600 ft. of private beach.

The Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort is a private gated community, which offers special amenities such as Jacuzzi, sun deck, gas grills, putting green, pickleball & shuffleboard. Fine dining is available at the onsite Ocean Club Restaurant. Its great location puts it close to Baytowne Wharf & Grand Boulevard in Sandestin, with tons of shopping & top-rated restaurants & the nation's largest outlet complex, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

No guests under the age of 25 are permitted as the primary renter (children are welcome!), regardless of marital status and/or military status.
No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 11.
Parking notes: Guest check-in and access to TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort start at 4:00 pm CST. Please proceed to the Guest Registration building to acquire your parking pass. Should you arrive after the hours of operation, you may pick up your parking pass from the security gate at the main entrance. On the following morning, please proceed to our Guest Registration building to complete your registration.

Cancellation: Cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival and receive a refund with the exception of the Processing Fee (normally $159 or above). Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Protection Premium”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
