Great beach/water views. Easy check in/check out. Condo was spacious and kitchen well stocked.Just a suggestion to have the barn door on the primary bathroom repaired-would not stay closed. And maybe another blanket available.

The room was awesome, everything we expected based on the listing. Excellent view. The furniture was in good condition. Kitchen was well equipped. The property was well maintained. We highly recommend the unit. Suggestions: couldn’t hurt to add door and drawer pulls in the kitchen. Check to see that all electrical plugs are working.

On the beach, condo has a great view of the gulf. Place was clean and comfortable. Love the Sandestin resort and all it has to offer. Great place to walk, jog, or bike...especially if you take the tunnel to the other side of resort. Village of Baytowne Wharf also a fun place.

Beautiful condo

We have stayed at this building in numerous condos for the last 12 years. This condo for the first time. Beautifully remodeled. Maintenance was fast on one item we had. Wish we had realized the pool area and main entrance to beach was under construction but it was an easy reroute to the beach. We will book this one again.

Beach Rental

This condo is a gem. Amazing location and a beautiful view of the beach. We had easy access to both the beach and tram to Baytown Warf shops and dining. Check in was a breeze and the rental staff was amazing.

Beautiful views and nice beach setting! Only downside was being informed the dishwasher doesn’t work shortly before check in- and the smell from the non-working appliance. They did offer to promptly remove the stale water but we opted they complete it the day after as we were checking out.

Wonderful Trip!

The condo was absolutely amazing from the great view of the gulf from the balcony and the master bedroom. I knew the pool was under construction ahead of time but can’t wait to be back once it’s completed. Location is also close to everything so convenience factor was excellent! All main amenities were provided and building manager was always quick to respond.

Nice condo with beautiful view

This condo was beautifully furnished with an amazing view. Master bedroom was large with view of the gulf and balcony. The kitchen was minimally stocked with tiny coffee cups that barely held the smaller cup setting on the keurig so we went and bought our own mugs. There were no dish rags to hand wash anything, only one dish towel. There weren’t many hangers and they were the type that were attached to the rail and couldn’t be moved and there was a bench below with bags of floor mud for renovations sitting on top of it so your clothes were resting on floor mud bags. The condo seems to have some wiring issues too. Only one of the plug ins worked in each outlet by the couch and same for one side of master bed.This is our second time staying at this resort and the beach service is absolutely terrible although it is of no fault of the condo owner just a shame for such a nice property. They let people set up chairs, umbrella, and tents in front of your rented chairs. We had rented chairs and umbrella and were in the same spot all week. We went in one day to eat for two hours and came back and they had taken our name off the chairs and rented them out to someone else and said we should have left something there so they knew we weren’t done and then moved us all the way to the end of the row on the other side. The beach service guys largely just play football all day. When the wind blew an umbrella away, several guests were trying to catch it and put it back.

Beautiful views!

The condo was very clean, although it did have a pretty significant mildew smell which I know can bother some people. The location was great and it was super easy to walk to the water. Communication was great and I didn’t have any issues getting into the property or condo.

Location was great

Location is great. Can’t beat waking up every morning overseeing the ocean from the 18th floor. The check-in process and the communication with the manager was fantastic. The building itself was okay. It is an old building and you can see the wear and tear of the facilities. The condo was good. We had traffic jam in the elevators various times. Overall is was a good stay.

Oceanfront 18th floor

Property views are outstanding. Furniture (couch) could use a trip to goodwill. The doorbell is broken and the washer/dryer combo is worthy of the Smithsonian. Updated bathrooms and walk-in shower and water pressure was great. Kitchen was updated nicely, but tools were just adequate. Overall I do recommend this unit.

Miramar Beach

The overall property/resort area was very impressive. We loved the area. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. One bit of advice ... try to leave on any day but Sunday esp during the summer when school is out ... because the wait for elevators was very lengthy; with everyone leaving at the same time. I'll plan accordingly for my return visit(s).

Great place close to beach

This property was a great place for our family of six to stay. There was plenty of room for the four adults in the bedrooms and the children on the sleeper sofa. The kitchen was nice with new appliances. It was super close to the beach and to a solid dining option. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo with an even better view

I was in town for a weekend for a condo at the Hilton next door. This condo was the perfect location to be able to walk to the Hilton and have a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day. The shuttle service around the area was amazing considering I didn’t bring a car. I will definitely be back for that view alone!

Great Condo Overall with Gorgeous Views!

When I booked I didn’t realize it was on the 18th floor as that wasn’t very visible in the description. I am not keen on heights however it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be and the condo was perfect for us. We felt very comfortable here. The views were amazing from the balcony and the condo was very clean. The property manager was very responsive with our questions. Overall, we would definitely stay in this condo again.
