良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
We’ve spent 17 summers in Destin. In every other 16 rentals there have been basic things like salt, pepper, seasonings, coffee filters, etc left. There were none! It’s more welcoming not to have to buy those things for a 5-7 day use. Only 3 spoons! This unit is fine if you have no aesthetic appeal. Poorly painted furniture, countertops and cabinets. You sink when you sit on the couch. There was pink mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. On day 2, the balcony railing was ripped off, chairs and beach chairs thrown on top the ac unit and new concrete laid. Day 3 they reinstalled the railing but The balcony door was secured on the outside with wood so it wouldn’t even open. We were unable to enjoy the balcony at all. I had to leave early due to a tornado that hit our business and town back home. The tornado made national news. The property manager was unempathetic and wouldn’t refund my final 2 days due to a natural disaster out of my hands. Our town was declared a state of emergency. I’ve stayed in units in this complex before that were nicer, had a washer & dryer in the condo, amenities upon arrival and cheaper price for the week. The positive is they communicated/responded quickly to messages.
