We had to make a last minute change in vacation plans and chose this condo. It was very nice and clean. The host was exceptional. Anytime we had any questions or concerns she would answer or call me right back. I have never stayed anywhere where the host was so attentive.

Overall it was a great experience. However, the hair dryer needs replacing and the icemaker didn’t produce but a few cubes per day. The amenities are very minimal, so future quests need to become well prepared. Westwind grounds are immaculate, quiet, and people were very friendly.

Great property with amazing location

This property was perfect for our weeklong stay. The apartment was spotless and kitchen was stocked with anything you may need to prepare a meal. The proximity to the beach and pool made a trip with little ones a breeze. The property management team could not be anymore amazing. They made it possible for us to check in early and were quick to respond. Highly recommend, would love to stay here again.

Condo is just as pictured. Very clean. Rental company calls and checks in on you to offer assistance and welcome. Would recommend for sure!

Beachfront Convenience

Small but adequate for 4 adults + a sofa sleeper for a couple more. Super easy access to very nice pool area as well as beach. Nice view from fourth floor balcony - partial view of pool area as well as nice view of beach / gulf. Check in and check out process is clearly stated and very efficient. Maybe a little pricey for the size - but it worked out very well for a last minute trip to the beach.

Perfect Location

The condo was beautiful, and Denise made our stay perfect. She is most helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. We have rented from Denise in the past and appreciate her thoroughness, organizational skills, and attention to detail. She is the best!

Overall enjoyed our stay

The location was great and condo was as pictured. The only complaints we had were the quality of the mattress, linens and bathtowels. The mattress was super hard and both our backs were hurting by night 3 - so slept on couch a couple of nights. The linens and bath towels were very low quality and had stains. Both shower curtains also needed to be replaced. If these were upgraded it would have been a perfect stay.

End of School Year Trip

We absolutely loved everything about this property. We felt safe, enjoyed the tram taking us to and from places. The property was clean, the beach was beautiful! I will definitely, rent this place again and highly recommend it!

Great Ger away Location

This was my first time staying in this property and I was not disappointed. The property looks just like the pictures and it is conveniently located on the beach. This is a beautiful condo that you can tell has been recently updated; the condo was spotless as well. Overall the west winds was a quiet property, however a person on our floor liked to play loud in the afternoon. That was distracting but overall, not an issue unless you like quiet all day. Days before my arrival, the property manager sent all the instructions and information needed about my stay. They send a link to a website that displays all the codes you will need to get into various parts of the property and condo, information on what your rental covers, how to rent beach chairs, and more. Everything I could possibly need for my stay in the property was included on the site. The check in process was simple, however the instructions told me the access code would be ready at 4, it was not. I had to wait between 5-10 after 4p before the access code to enter the property worked. The workers at the property are kind and they are constantly cleaning which maintains the cleanliness of the property. Just like the check in process, check out was a breeze; I feel like I got my money’s worth on this condo. I will definitely rent this property again.

Location! Location! Location!

We love the Miramar Beach Sandestin location. The proximity to the golf courses , shopping , restaurants are perfect. We’ve been coming here for 3 years now. Westwinds is a beautiful property. The pool area with all the palm trees adds a very tropical feel in January/February when we stay. We will continue to come here.

The condo is in a very nice location and view of the golf is beautiful however I didn’t give it 4 stars due to living room furniture really needs cleaning better yet up dating so does guest bedroom and bathroom other than that it was a really nice place to stay

Beautiful Vacation Spot

Beautiful, secure property! Enjoyed the pool & easy beach access. Close to lots of good shopping & restaurants. The property manager, Denise, isn’t the most friendly so I hope you don’t have to have much dealings with her. Also, make note of limited hot water if you are bringing more than a couple of people.

Loved this Condo!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo! It had everything we needed. I was just right for our family of 5. Elevators were quick and easy. A Highlight was the pool which looks like you are in a tropical resort with all the palm trees! Just gorgeous!
